Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator Manager to join our operations team!

General areas of responsibility include providing leadership for the organization's customer-facing associates and branch functions. This includes providing competent installation capacity to support the sales of finished goods and ensuring that existing program tools and processes are consistently implemented to maintain program integrity.

Responsibilities

Leads the coordination team of 5 associates

  • Manages coordination only
  • Manage installation related issues and provide solutions
  • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
  • Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
  • Manages vendor relations regarding pricing and products
  • Work across multiple KOB’s – appliances
  • Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurate
  • Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management team
  • Work with branch trainer and manager(s) to ensure delivery and install processes are maintained
  • Collaborate sales calls and showroom consultations with outside sales to secure new business
  • Consult with associates and customers at job sites
  • Conduct regular associate meetings
  • Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed
  • Manages the coordination team to confirm orders, schedule orders, route orders, route monitor and do settlements for third party sup[pliers.

Qualifications

  • Trilogy and dispatch Track experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of schedulers to include interacting with installers and customers is required
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a team environment.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
  • Strong customer skills and problem solving.

Pay Range:

$5,750.00 - $10,250.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
