Tri County Metals is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator in Trenton, FL. This Team Member will be part of scheduling all standing seam, long panel or large orders and route deliveries. The Scheduling Coordinator will work with the Manufacturing Team Leader / Leads, Inventory Specialist, Logistics Manager, and CSR’s daily to give the insight to staff on large orders for specific products to ensure we have proper stock to fulfill the orders. The Scheduling Coordinator will handle all order fulfillments.

General Schedule

• Schedule is Monday – Friday! Weekends are yours to enjoy!

Responsibilities

• Team Members must always put safety first and always wear appropriate PPE!
• Handle the order fulfillment process in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Schedule special orders or long panels to meet our service goal promises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond to any emails, messages, or calls within a 15 min period.
• Monitor/ Route all trucks abiding by weight, load restrictions, driver hours of service- Per DOT guidelines.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and policies of the company.
• Adhere to and understand all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Team focused - Work well with other staff to get desired results
• Ability to learn products and proper installation knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask with accuracy.
• Routing or Dispatch experience
