Duration : 6 month temp to permanent

Weekdays : Monday – Friday

Pay rate: $18.50/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Position supports both our external and internal clients by updating client data in all systems and helping them use our system effectively.
• They work closely with the account management team to ensure client locations are updated, and they work with the business development team to help demonstrate what we can do for our future clients! Provide field administrative support to our specialists doing third party audits Communicate with our clients on program updates and notifying them of upcoming assessments Manage client buffers, round generation, blackout dates/times, and other service parameters according to the terms established in the statement of work Ensure all client data is accurate including workorders and billing Assist with Brand Standard Support Services projects, such as new client implementation, mass changes, and new system implementations Assist Vertical Leader and others on the Vertical team to provide world class service to Brand Standards clients Assist Operations team, including Logistics and field personnel What do we offer?
