Are you ready to kick-start your career in the construction industry? We're hiring ambitious individuals for the position of Entry-Level Stone Estimator. This remote position, based in Orlando, Florida, offers comprehensive training and growth opportunities for candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Research stone material prices, availability, and reputable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and exceptional quality.
• Analyze blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to determine accurate quantities of stone materials required.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and evaluate stone and masonry needs.
• Utilize state-of-the-art estimating software and tools to generate detailed and precise cost estimates for stone projects.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, providing timely estimates and addressing project-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is optional; comprehensive training will be provided.
• A basic understanding of construction principles and familiarity with stone materials is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to accurately estimate stone quantities and costs.
