We are seeking an experienced Inside Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and business development within the automotive industry. This role specifically focuses on working with OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. As an Inside Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Employ a results-oriented mindset to meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on revenue objectives.
- Utilize your strong knowledge of the automotive industry to understand market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and industry stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively communicate technical product specifications to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition.
- Identify potential business opportunities with OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry, specifically working with OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends.
