We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales goals, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a working knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after the sale.
  • Assist customers in finding the right car for their needs.
  • Greet customers and provide them with information about the vehicles.
  • Provide customers with information about financing options.


Qualifications:


  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Experience and familiarity with various Automotive systems
  • Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills
  • Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
  • At least three (2) years of pre-owned management experience
