The Account Executive is responsible for the overall satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth for assigned Diagnostic Imaging customers. To be successful in this role the Account Executive must develop strong client relationship, the ability to identify opportunities for each customer to grow their business through effective use of their current system as well as new products and services, and ensure every customer has a multi-year evolution plan.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Extend current solutions / expand to new solutions in current accounts through add on sales
- Updates account plan
- Tracks progress and issues across delivery teams
- Grows footprint in own product area

- Cultivate exec relationships, influence perception, and identify and create new opportunities
- Lead the sales process and close transactions

- Helps customer achieve optimal product utilization

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience selling into the healthcare market
- 4+ years of new business development experience
- 1+ years of experience of prospecting, pre qualifying and lead gen experience
- 4-year college degree or job related experience
- 1+ years of experience in data tracking in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Understanding of Radiology/Cardiology technical solutions, clinical workflows, Medical Imaging trends and hardware platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to learn systems and new technology quickly and maintain SME level industry and product knowledge
- Proven positive and energetic communication skills both on phone and customer facing
- Occasional travel up to 10% from office locations to customer and/or internal locations
- Proven self-motivated and results-driven with strong time management and organization skills including documentation

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $21.63 to $48.08. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
