Job Description

X-Force is seeking a IT Technicians to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time position.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ year of experience in an IT Support or an IT Help Desk capacity
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
  • Experience with Imaging Deployment software
  • Experience building, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing desktops and laptops
  • Experience supporting mobile platforms (Android and iOS)
  • Ability to comfortably lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a professional manner
  • Experience supporting audio/video conferencing
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic network issues, including wireless
  • Familiar with hardware PC components and ability to build custom systems
  • Understanding of Active Directory and SSO
  • Flexible hours and the ability to be on call or work non-standard hours during emergencies and maintenance windows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting the Google Suite


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering environments
  • Experience supporting Mac OS and Linux
  • Experience with fast-paced/dynamic environments
  • Experience supporting executives
  • Experience supporting applications such as Zoom, Slack, RingCentral VoIP


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Occasional short-distance travel may be necessary
  • Document work done in IT Help Desk ticketing system
  • Maintain IT assets and inventory
  • Install, configure, and test computers for new employees
  • Document IT procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide end-user training, including new hire orientation
  • Provide white glove service to executives
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for end-user operating systems, software applications, both on-site and remotely
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for company hardware, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and conference rooms
