Job Description
Salary Range: $72,526 - $103,850


Areas of Responsibility and preferred qualifications will include:


Provide assistance to medically complex students, and students with chronic health conditions.


  • Experience providing technical assistance for the rollout of District technology initiatives
  • Experience supervising the recording of customer incidents in the District’s tracking system, monitor


their progress to resolution and maintain incident tracking reports


  • Experience supervising and coordinating requests for assistance from schools, departments, and


others; analyze details of problems to determine solutions and cooperate with and advise customers until


problems are resolved


  • Experience supervising, training, motivating and mentoring information technology staff, assisting


with staff professional development and work to correct performance deficiencies


  • Experience providing the continuous improvement of operations by supervising the execution of data


and process analysis, spending analyses, gathering customer feedback, and developing and implementing


customer service initiatives.
