Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

Are you keen to learn and eager to keep up with technology? My client based in Daytona, Fl are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their Service Desk team. The client are based in the Investment industry and help to change many lives throughout the world for the better.

As the IT Specialist, you will be technically proficient in the Microsoft stack of technologies (O365 etc) and be keen to really develop yourself as well as support the internal users, both remotely and desk side. This company are huge on personal development and give you one afternoon per week to take as personal development time, they also pay for your professional courses and certificates.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting internal users with 1st / 2nd Line Support

• Microsoft Windows Server

• Office 365

• Windows 10

• Troubleshooting

• Hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, telephones, mobile devices

• Smooth collaboration with the cloud infrastructure and other groups to implement IT roadmap

• Active Directory
