Overview Information Technology Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They answer queries, diagnose problems, and provide solutions to technical issues. They also provide support to users in the areas of installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems and software. Job Qualifications
