Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an Infrastructure Manager with global experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows Systems, Active Directory, VMware, Veeam backups, and Rubrik. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work with a global team, delegate tasks, and follow up on them. The candidate will also work closely with the team in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on tasks to ensure completion.
• Work with a global team and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Manage the organization's Windows systems, including Active Directory.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team and end-users.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Manage the organization's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a global team and delegating tasks.
• The target salary range for this role is $125k-$145k. The interview process will involve 30 minute screen and then a 60 minute panel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in Europe.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows Systems, Active Directory, VMware, Veeam backups, and Rubrik.
