Infant Feeding Therapist - Ot, Pt Or Slp (1. 0 Fte)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a feeding therapist to join our Infant Therapy team. This position will provide evaluation and treatment of feeding skills for outpatient and/or inpatient infants 0-12 months of age with a variety of diagnoses. Therapists applying should have skills in pre-feeding activities, initiating and progressing bottle and breastfeeding, managing oral feeding programs in tube fed infants, transitioning from tube to oral feeding, and introduction of solids foods. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists will be considered.

Requirements

Requirements for Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist: - Bachelors Degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy - Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist, occupational therapist. - BLS

Requirements for Speech Language Pathologist:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings.
• Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.

Preferred:* Minimum 3 years of infant feeding therapy experience* NICU experience* Lactation experience

Min to Max Hourly Salary

$43.17 - $64.75 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary

$89,788.00 - $134,682.00 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
