About the Inbound Sales Representative - Asana:
MarketStar's Asana Team is looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to join us in our Ogden, UT location. Positions are currently work-from-home, with intermittent mandatory in office days for those local to the Ogden area. This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integration across the web and multiple operating systems. They are changing the way teams work and empowering them to do great things together through their task management platform.
Location: Remote - US
What will you do?
  • Having 10–15-minute scheduled video discovery calls with customers
  • Intermittent chat coverage as needed
  • Creating opportunities in Salesforce and passing to internal Asana sales representatives
  • Asking good discovery questions to uncover use-case information and potential sales opportunities
  • Adhering to daily schedule responding to new leads and existing customers email inquiries
  • Assisting customers with general Asana questions and support issues

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous web form/email experience preferred in a work-related environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
  • General sales experience
  • Prior experience responding to customer’s requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
