Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, or Poland. Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.
- By month nine, you’ll be expected to give meaningful feedback on our product, systems, and processes.
- Beyond year one, you will be expected to consistently exceed your quota. There may be opportunities to grow into a leadership position as the team continues to expand.
- By month six, you’ll be expected to engage with 500 conversations/month and create 85+ chat qualified leads/month.
- Within your first 90 days, you’ll be expected to take chats independently and answer leads’ pre-sale questions when they visit the Grammarly Business website.
- Within your first 30 days, you’ll be expected to learn our tech stack and gain an in-depth understanding of Grammarly’s product, features, and narratives.
- By one year, you will be able to independently run tests within chat and give meaningful feedback. You’ll be trusted to be the go-to person for chat team when the manager is out of the office.
- Has previous chat experience and understands the importance of providing correct answers to prospects' questions in a timely manner.
- Can focus on repetitive tasks.
- Is able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based.
- Takes initiative. Is proactive when a problem is identified and takes swift action to resolve it.
- Is analytical and can quickly identify patterns and trends.
- Is a quick learner – processes and systems are constantly changing, so the Chat Development Representative must be able to learn on their feet and adapt.
- Is innovative and can think outside the box and can be creative with new ideas on how to improve chat’s reach and effectiveness.
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
- Is responsible and understands that they are prospects’ first interaction with Grammarly.
- Is emotionally intelligent and can gauge and manage their own emotions and those of others.
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Professional growth: We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests, talents, and well-being. We support professional development and advancement with training, coaching, and regular feedback.
- A connected team: Grammarly builds a product that helps people connect, and we apply this mindset to our own team. Our remote-first hybrid model enables a highly collaborative culture supported by our EAGER (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable) values. We work to foster belonging among team members in a variety of ways. This includes our employee resource groups, Grammarly Circles, which promote connection among those with shared identities, such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ team members, women, and parents. We also celebrate our colleagues and accomplishments with global, local, and team-specific programs.
