Vasion, formerly PrinterLogic, is looking for a talented sales development representative to join our growing team. This position will be on-site at our beautiful office in St. George, Utah. Remote work is not available.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) here at Vasion, you will work to qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities. Leads are generated from conference shows, webinars, virtual events, and cold call lists. You will call and email these leads with the goal of scheduling a Zoom meeting for the Account Executives (AE) and System Engineers (SE) to showcase the PrinterLogic solution. The ideal SDR is self motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a gritty competitive attitude.
Because you have a short time to connect with these people, this role requires a lot of enthusiasm, high energy and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients over the phone and identify their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with management and peers to complete an intense 30-60-90 day training process
- Achieve monthly demo targets and daily activity targets
- Being the first point of contact for our leads and qualifying them for a demo you will schedule for our Account Executives
- Make 100+ calls to sales qualified leads (SQL) per day
- Develop knowledge of the Vasion solution while learning the leading industry trends through ongoing product and industry training
- Collaboratively work with team members to develop an overall territory account plan that maximizes prospecting opportunities and generate sales activity
- Be present and engaged full-time, M-F 7AM - 4PM (no nights or weekends)
What You Should Have:
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills
- Highly motivated and results oriented entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
- The ability to teach, tailor, and take control
- Focus on building a career in technology sales
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- The ability to to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Experience in cold calling
- 4-year degree preferred in business or related field
