As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities and relationships. You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to build interest in our solutions and present demonstrations. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment with a competitive attitude. This exceptional candidate will partner closely with Account Executives to target ideal prospects.
What you'll be doing:
- Strong ability to multi-task, adapt, and master contact management
- Qualify customers and get them to commit to further engagement in addition to providing all the necessary information to help ensure the sales team can close new business opportunities
- Lead generation, development, strategy, metrics and pipeline management
Qualifications:
- Location: Lehi, UT (we are not currently hiring remote employees)
- Ability to thrive in a startup sales environment
- This role will be on-site for the first 90 days, then can be a hybrid model
- 6+ months of previous SDR/BDR experience within the SaaS industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written, phone, and verbal skills
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Passionate about driving sales and overachieving goals
