Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for new NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing a variety of NEOGOV HRIS products, specifically our Time and Attendance platform.

Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for new NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing a variety of NEOGOV HRIS products, specifically our Time and Attendance platform.
What You Will do
- Develop an applicable understanding of NEOGOV’s Implementation and Configuration practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and time/budget reports.
- Serve as a coach, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for customers and support representatives.
- Identify system improvements and process opportunities in HRIS Time and Attendance product pillar.
- Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring support SLA’s are being achieved and exceeded.
- Demonstrate configurations through building prototype systems and assist in testing
- Participating in City Tours, NEOGOV’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 20%)
- Execute deployments (implementations) and best practice coaching for small-mid size customers.
- Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Have a customer-centric attitude with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- A strong communicator with the ability to present technical information to varied audiences
- Passionate about team and company success through collaboration and innovation
- Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required.
- Experience learning technology quickly and applying business analysis strategies
- Proficient knowledge of the Human Capitol Management and T&A space
- Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR space.
- Proven track record of setting expectations, communicating goals and objectives with customers and teammates
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience in the HR field.
