We are searching for a talented individual to drive Swyft's payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and support our organizational goals. In this role, you will play a key role in cultivating Swyft's vibrant company culture by enforcing policies and procedures and taking initiative to support our amazing team. If you have a strong background in Human Resources, experience in the tech industry, and a bachelor's degree, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Reporting to the CFO, this critical position will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Scope & Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Generalist at Swyft, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that include:
Assisting in administering performance review programs, benefits programs, and participating in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, collaborating with department heads to identify roles and responsibilities, conducting screenings, interviews, and making successful hires.
Analyzing compensation, benefits, and payroll trends to attract and retain top talent.
Attending employee disciplinary meetings and terminations, ensuring fair and respectful resolutions.
Acting as a key advocate for communicating and driving our corporate vision and values.
Cultivating positive relationships across departments, fostering a collaborative and enthusiastic attitude towards company goals.
Identifying legal requirements and assisting in contract development to ensure compliance.
Focusing on enhancing our onboarding and hiring process.
Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Managing payroll processing by accurately maintaining employee payroll information.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven work experience of at least 3 years in HR, payroll, and benefits administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience in managing payroll processing.
Proficiency in defining and interpreting contracts, policies, and procedures.
Experience in developing, implementing, and delivering effective communication strategies.
Demonstrated experience in leading orientations and training sessions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate corporate events.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships within the company.
Clear understanding of leadership principles and their importance in the tech industry.
Result-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to take initiative and drive teams.
Effective communication skills in dealing with changing and challenging priorities.
Accountable and transparent, keeping management informed of potential issues.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-critical tasks.
Compensation
