JOB SUMMARY: *We are currently looking for Human Resources Coordinator-100% Remote full or part-time available professional to work remotely.

Full training provided.

No experience necessary.

Flexible Schedule.

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of an Administrative Assistant who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is a highly successful and dynamic professional who owns multiple businesses that are predominately ecommerce and digital marketing related. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the client in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Shadow meetings to take notes and follow up accordingly
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and prioritize important messages
  • Monitor social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conduct market research
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Monitor Slack communications and respond to messages in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain contact information for clients and partners
  • Manage incoming calls and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Act as a personal and professional assistant
  • Organize events and maintain event schedules
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Daily interactions via email, Zoom, and Slack

About You

Core qualifications:

  • Outgoing and sociable, with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others in a supportive and encouraging manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient with various software programs and applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Possesses a positive and uplifting attitude, with a focus on promoting a healthy state of mind.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Office 365, Excel, CRM systems, Slack, project management tools (such as Monday or Teamwork), and other productivity tools is preferred
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to think on their feet in order to provide the highest level of support to the manager

Desired But Not Required

  • PowerPoint and/or graphic design skills
  • Understands and utilizes social media platforms
  • Knowledge of WordPress

Shift and Schedule: 10AM to 6PM
