Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HRIS system (PeopleSoft or Workday preferred)
• Experience with hiring processes (recruiting, immigration, relocation)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with little to no guidance
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel (pivot tables, v-look up, formulas, etc.)
• 2+ years of relative corporate experience
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Needed in order to convert to full time employee)

Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for an HR Coordinator for an automotive finance company out of Farmington Hills, MI. This position will be joining the company’s HR Operations department with 16 other team members supporting overall HR functions of the company as well as customer entities. The HR coordinator’s responsibilities will be split between general HR tasks (handling payroll issues, employee questions, onboarding of new hires, etc.) and supporting shared services (analyzing KPIs and data sets,provide sales support and improvement suggestions, etc.). Additional responsibilities may include:

• Assist with current processes and improvement of policies
• Support compliance and cost effectiveness of programs across HR
• Contribute in talent acquisition
• Attend regular meetings with management regarding benchmarking and reporting on individual entity policies, activity, and costs
• Identify and report KPIs
• Build process maps for service related functions
• Collaborate with internal customers including legal and HR departments as well as vendors
