About the Job:
Consultant of Human Resources, you will support clients and partner with Consultants to meet the needs of the client engagement and are focused on projects within varying disciplines and may include all operational aspect of Human Resources. Responsibilities will be carried out in the following areas: total administration rewards, employee relations,management performance, development and implementation of policy, HR program, project execution, employment law and compliance.
Location: Remote, based in Colorado.
Position Status: Full-time flexible.
What you will do:
Employee records accuracy such as new hires, promotions, reviews of performance, employee statistics and terminations.
Leadership partner to support employee relations issues, recommendations and perform investigations
Practices, people program and development, Design
Manage Human Resources operations for multiple clients.
Conducting of induction and orientation processes as applicable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to track and manage time effectively and organizational skills
An experiences to develop effective client solutions.
A Resourceful and forward thinking proactive problem solver
To learn and adapt to new technology and processes.
written and verbal communication skills to develop and present quality client deliverables.
What you will need:
Working Experience in an organizations of varying size, complexity, ownership structure and industry.
Provision of proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Provide a high-level of customer service to clients and team members.
Ability to travel for periods of time.
Working remotely – collaborative team environment, mostly virtual, and flexible!
