The Position
Join our enthusiastic and fast-paced customer service team for an exciting facilities management program. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice at the forefront of our operations, handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and warmth. Maintaining a strong relationship and open communication between EMS and our clients, you'll be pivotal in managing priorities and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Call center experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
Flexible availability: We offer a variety of shifts; having availability for one weekend day is preferred.
