Job Description

Position is located in Baldwin Park, CA area and seeking an HR Assistant, someone who has experience with the onboarding process to join their team during their busiest time of year! ***Must be able to work onsite 1-2x per week near Woodland Hills, South Bay, West Los Angeles and Baldwin Park area

Duration of contract: begins as a 6 month contract with extension based upon performance/need (possible extension and ability to apply for FTE positions while on contract!)


*** This is an Applicant Pre-Boarding Role, NOT a Recruiting Position!


Position Details:

  • Communicate with new hires and managers daily
  • Process New Hire/Transfer Paperwork
  • Manage onboarding process for all new hires
  • Collect/Schedule DT paperwork, Process I9's/Meet to Process Paperwork
  • Run Background Checks


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Analytical/Detail Oriented/Problem Solving Abilities
  • 1+ year relevant work experience (HR/Running BG Checks, processing BG Checks/HR Experience, Payroll)
