Pacific Aviation is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and people focused Human Resources Assistant. This role has a wide range of responsibilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle and will be the point-person for our San Francisco Airport operations. This is a highly visible role with room for growth. We are looking to fill this role with a high performing individual who is looking to grow their skills and professional career in Human Resources.

We are an airport service provider supporting domestic and international airlines across all their service needs including passenger services, flight operations, cargo services, charter flights, cleaning services, and more. Pacific Aviation operates in three central hubs across the West Coast – Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle – and is looking to grow.

Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects assigned

- Greet employees/visitors in a professional manner
- Manage and Update HR Database
- Perform other administrative support task /HR projects
- Communicate effectively at all levels via phone calls, emails or in person
- Conduct New Hire Process (Onboarding, Uniform Orders, Parking Permit, Badge Appointments )
- Assist with pre-screening of candidates
- Maintaining and replenishing office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
