Human Resources Assistant Jobs

Currently, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team!

As our newest Human Resources Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources. The HR Assistant will support global Human Resources processes and initiatives while educating employees and enforcing company policies.

Wage at $18 / Hour

Qualifications

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.  Perform various routine clerical duties, utilizing standard office equipment, to include: screening incoming calls; taking and transmitting messages; maintaining calendars; keyboarding information into databases; making photocopies; faxing documents; typing; and word processing.  Provide excellent customer service to employees from various locations/branches.  Create badges for current employees and new hires
• Responsible for timely handling of the HR Department inbox and Corporate Ticketing System (Zendesk)
• Maintain both hard copies and digital copies of employee records
• Generate FedEx labels and mail sorting
• Proofread documents and correspondence produced by the HR department
• Prepare welcome bags for new hires
• Compile reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets needed by Human Resources department

Preferences

• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
• High school diploma
• Ability to remain positive and resilient while working under pressure and against deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
