Human Resources Advisor Jobs

We're currently searching for a part-time Human Resources Advisor to provide support to our clients (small, mid-size, and larger businesses). Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as a service-oriented, account management style. Must be interested in building and maintaining relationships while providing the utmost in client experience. Candidates should also have a sense of urgency, understand how to work effectively with a small team and limited resources, possess a flexible and adaptable style, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. Ideally, candidates will have work experience in various industries and have served in a strategic, consultative capacity with top leadership, including in small / start-up environments.

Advisors provide solutions and strategies as it relates to compliance, employment law (federal, state, and local levels), talent recruitment, development and engagement, training and succession planning, and other project work. Project management experience is very helpful. Excellent computer (MS Word, PowerPoint) and presentation skills required. Successful candidates will be persuasive, confident, and enjoy interacting with a wide variety and level of clients and employees and be excited by the opportunity to NOT do the same thing every day. Five years experience is highly preferred.
