As our Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing consultation and support to clients, assessing their needs, and executing HR strategies that align with their business objectives.
You will serve as our clients' internal consultant, advising them on HR policies, procedures, and employment law requirements. You'll also develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Additionally, you'll provide advice and recommendations to clients for resolution of daily issues on a variety of HR topics and present training sessions related to specific HR programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices, as well as strong business acumen. You should be able to quickly establish rapport with clients and focus on their needs until the situation is resolved. You should have excellent listening and communication skills, an analytical mind with problem-solving abilities, and be a team player. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about advancements in the field and able to present new ideas to clients.
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor (full or part-time) with at least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, functioning as a trusted advisor and HR leader to their business partners. You should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and hold SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
