We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to process payroll in a fast-growing, industry-leading technology company. You will report to the Director, Global Payroll. Candidates for this position will have 1 - 3 years of experience processing payroll.

You will:

• Own all aspects of payroll processing from start to finish. Verifying employee data changes, auditing pay results, processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, final paychecks, and year end process.
• Assist with audits by compiling requested data from internal and external audits
• Prepare month end reports including, bonus reports, commission reports and others as needed.
• The opportunity to learn foreign payroll processes
• Provide customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions and payroll process
• Process wage garnishments, levies, and child support orders

You have:

• The ability to carefully audit payroll records to identify errors.
• Knowledge of withholding tax, related tax filings, tax policy and employment regulations as they relate to payroll.
• Comfortable handling multiple payrolls
• Experience using Ultimate Software (UltiPro, UKG) or Cloudpay for payroll processing a plus!
• Experience processing multi company payrolls for 1+ years.

In accordance with California, Colorado, New York and Washington state applicable laws, the approximate compensation range for this role in several states is listed below. Final compensation for this role will be determined by location and job related factors, such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

California Salary Range: $71,000 - $77,000

Colorado Salary Range: $66,000 - $75,000

New York City Salary Range: $71,000 - $77,000

Washington Salary Range: $66,000 - $75,000
