- This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 1-4 days in office per month.
How You Will Make An Impact
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving incoming Human Resource Contact Center calls, chats and cases.
- Researching and responding to our customers using a variety of databases and software.
Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
