- Basic understanding of DOT regulations and driver file compliance;
- Familiar with general safety guidelines and processes;
- Must have strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality;
- Must possess successful problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Adheres to all federal and state rules, laws and regulations as they presently exist;
- Must have the drive to extend assistance to all team members, customers, etc.;
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be an active listener;
- Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.;

- Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures and codes of conduct;
- Must be able to work under mentally stressful situations;
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to multitask with different requirements applying to the position
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management, reception or front desk assistance
