• This position will be an in-office based environment
• Pay Range: $43-45K per year, based on experience
• Permanent, Full-time Position

What a typical day as an Accounting Manager might look like:

• Maintain records or personnel & related data
• Assist HR Manager wen employee issues or concerns arise
• Clear communication between HR Manager and TA Team
• Use HR software
• Establish a working relationship with other departments
• Support the Recruitment Team with hiring and onboarding processes
• Address and resolve employee complaints
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquires or requests.
• Prepare new employee electronic & paper files
• Redirect HR related call or correspondence to the appropriate people.
• Prepare reports

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Degree in Accounting, Business preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• At least 1 year experience in administrative tasks (payroll)
• HSD, or equivalent education, is required
• Handling sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication skills
• Time management
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in payroll
