Job Description


General Function / Summary:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes learning and development, human resources operations, recruiting, and more.


Essential Duties


  • Responsible for compliance related reporting.
  • Assist with the routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to learning and development, recruiting, benefits, recognition, and human resources operations.
  • Assist with organization’s recruiting efforts by sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating and participating in interviews with hiring managers, presenting offers and administer applicant tracking/tracking of candidates.
  • Assist the end-to-end process of training development and roll out, including in-take process, fact-gathering, analyzing learning needs, stakeholder signoffs, design and development, delivery, execution and scheduling of courses, and follow-up on completion.
  • Perform employee and system audits to ensure exceptional data quality.
  • Assist with the deployment of Workday system rollouts to the business.
  • Perform other assigned projects or tasks.
  • Proactively identify and make recommendations for process improvement with Workday and HR processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI and assimilate data for metrics reporting.
  • Assist with day-to-day management of the Learning Management System.
  • Manage small learning projects to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and project success.


Minimum Education And Experience Required


  • Experience using Workday preferred
  • Comfortable with a face-paced work environment
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs 
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
  • Experience in leveraging eLearning technologies to create eLearning preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, collaboration and time management skills
  • 1 or more years of human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning programs
