The Role

Our HR Transformation team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help define, develop, and deliver a large-scale HR transformation project. You will work closely with internal teams and clients across businesses to guide and assist in creating critical organizational features and timelines. You will recognize areas for improvement within the defined scope and oversee all areas of the project. You will implement operational changes, deliver measurable improvements, and review new and existing processes, resources, and systems in line with our transformation.

You will report to the Global Head of Change and Workforce Transformation, initially on a fixed term basis until 29 March 2024.

Role Responsibilities

• Collect, review and publish project status concerning resources (people and financial), schedules, stakeholder management, risks and the features that influence project performance and completion
• Partner with both INIZIO and vendor partners in execution of the project
• Interact with stakeholders to drive project forward, resolve issues/risk and manage key dependencies
• Develop materials and updates as needed by the enterprise PMO
• Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the transformation process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
• Develop and/or review estimates and assumptions for project schedules, effort, and cost using established models, best practices, and experience.
• Drive cross-project knowledge across related projects and best practice sharing and standardization across the business; play a proactive role in the promotion and development of suitable project management methods and standards
• Scope, structure and manage project planning and critical path development including project planning, status reporting, and project schedules

• Direct experience in project management with expert knowledge of project management techniques and tools with preferred experience in project management of HR projects including Op. Model design and HR Shared Services
• Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge to workstream plans, risks, issues and dependencies
• Proactive problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence, persuade, encourage, collaborate, motivate and coach peers and senior managers – forging solid and effective working relationships across all levels of Inizio
• A natural inclination to breakdown tasks into executable, sequential and measurable steps for self and others
• Ability to manage change and influence the delivery of sustainable results

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
