We are seeking a Human Resource Analyst to support our government customer. In this role, you will provide recommendations and coordination of performance management programs and initiatives. Ensure the performance management process is operating successfully and providing reports and analytics as necessary. Employs strong oral communication skills. Possesses exceptional written with strong attention to detail. Possesses excellent customer service and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines and suspense’s.
