Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in development and refinement of appropriate corporate level Human Resources metrics needed to advance predictive testing/modeling in the Human Resources space.
  • Participates in broader corporate data and analytics projects on an as needed basis.
  • Tests data, identify relationships in data and develop predictive models that address human resources related challenges and opportunities, such as accuracy in selection, influences of turnover, etc.
  • Manage multiple priorities and set appropriate and attainable goals. Synthesize findings into senior level presentations that convey insights and recommendations through compelling storytelling, while maintaining a balance between the big picture and mastery of details.
  • Assists in the development and construction of a robust Human Resources dashboard, regular HR reporting and with ad hoc HR reporting requests as needed. Consults with internal HR partners and other organizational partners to develop HR metrics/reporting/studies that address HR related business problems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related work experience in data analytics and building data mining models required. Advanced level experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative or social science field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to embrace change, constructively negotiate constraints, and effectively leverage resources to create exceptional outcomes.
  • 1-3 years of HR related analytics experience.
  • Advanced degree (Masters, Ph.D) in quantitative or social science field.
  • Experience working in a consumer-centric company with teams of technical professionals in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity. Work effectively in teams as well as independently across multiple tasks while meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Consistently inspires high levels of professional demeanor and integrity. Preferred Technical Skills SAS certification Python programming in a corporate environment, and experience building web-based applications using HTML, CSS, Perl, and JavaScript.
