Job Description
Role Overview & Purpose


The Rewards Administrator manages reward-related transactions in Fusion specifically for Share Plans administration. Administrators are also responsible for ensuring they process their cases timely, and correctly, and adhere to all performance requirements. High accountability and quality are expected in the content development and management of all internal processes and/or procedures.


Key Deliverables


  • Grievance: Support solutions of escalated issues from Tier 1 and escalates any query to Tier 3 (CoE outside of SSC) which cannot be resolved
  • Responsible for interaction with the Centres of Expertise teams to operationalize policy and process as appropriate
  • Case / Ticket Management: Create, maintain, and document all resolved cases within case management
  • Rewards Administration
  • Responsible for enabling tier 2 team management, so effective monitoring, coaching, counseling, promoting staff development, and providing a positive work environment is possible
  • Responsible for achieving all personal performance targets set by the Team Lead – link to service targets. Conduct performance appraisals with Team Lead and take appropriate action
  • Responsible for proactively spotting areas of improvement and discussing with the Team Lead. Suggests solutions as appropriate. Promotes and implements defined Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for the daily service operations. Ensure effective, fair, and consistent administration including adherence to policies and procedures and meeting service levels
  • Service Administration: Perform and administer service activities (as defined in the service catalog) as well as any mass data updates
  • Responsible for escalation and support process, by which customer issues that cannot be resolved, are escalated to the Global Process and Policy Owner for resolution
  • Continuous Improvement: Support to maintain and improve quality standards within the team as well as identifying and bringing forward opportunities for improvement, as appropriate
  • Responsible for facilitating the execution of effective reporting mechanisms to verify Service Delivery levels against SLAs

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
