We’re seeking an Operations Administrator in our Lancaster, Pennsylvania Distribution Center to conduct daily administrative functions while creating and building working relationships.


As the Operations Administrator, you will provide excellent communication and organizational skills to the Distribution Center team members, partner with Supervisors, and maintain confidentiality while conducting day-to-day activities. This position’s schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, successful candidates will have the flexibility to support additional shifts as needed.


What you'll do


  • Reporting: generate, distribute, and maintain key reports, prepare internal documents like coaching or corrective actions to provide to Supervisors
  • Relationship building with Distribution Center and partnering with Supervisors
  • Vendor and Supply Management
  • Record Keeping: Partner with Human Resources to facilitate employee documents, Follow HIPAA regulations, uphold superior confidentiality, internal DC record keeping and files including timekeeping and payroll standards
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Time & Attendance: employee timekeeping, monthly Productivity Bonus calculation, verification and reports, monitoring and initiating employee tenure to initiate pay changes
  • Budget Management: reconciliation of monthly distribution center expenses, verification, and approval of distribution center invoices, distribution event planning coordination within budget constraints
  • Assist Facilities with concessions, supplies, and organization
  • Experience Ambassador: internal customer service, onboarding, new hire orientation, I-9 verification, documents, etc., temporary staffing, offboarding, front office duties, visitor experience, and DC event planning and townhall setup

  • Adept at working autonomously, exhibiting exceptional multitasking abilities, and thriving in fast-paced work environments that demand quick and efficient responses
  • Extensive experience in handling budgeting responsibilities and generating insightful reports to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Recognizes and appreciates the significance of cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships for achieving organizational objectives
  • A track record of establishing and cultivating trust, integrity, and confidentiality, evident through proven achievements
  • Enhanced computer proficiency with a demonstrated command of intermediate-level skills, encompassing a range of software applications such as ADP, GSuite, MS Office, Powerpoint, and a notable emphasis on achieving high typing accuracy
  • Possesses a sound understanding of the dynamics within the manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or frontline industries, thereby facilitating a seamless integration into the respective operational contexts
