JOB SUMMARY:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Office Administrator, responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the InductEV Corporate Office and its employees. Takes pride in the administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly at all times. Has a no job too small attitude. Assists HR Manager in administrative tasks and often referred to as the right-hand to the HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with company luncheons & meetings.
- Ensure building is in tip-top shape at all times.
- Provides support to employees in various HR policies & procedures
- Monitors and reorders office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Assists with employee onboarding and helps organize training & development initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
- Administers & processes payroll for the company
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Assists with employees benefits administration
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Previous experience in Administering Payroll
- Takes pride in the beautification of the Corporate Office
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Understanding of the company business
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
- 1-2 years of Payroll processing experience is a plus
