Job Details

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, and conducting interviews
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
• Manage and execute employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the luxury goods industry
• Must have payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Must be comfortable being onsite in West Hollywood 4x per week
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
