HR Generalist, Employee Relations

LHH is recruiting for company that is an expert in the legal industry – they are looking for an experienced Employee Relations expert to join the team ASAP. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and expand on your HR expertise. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of HR and can get promoted into the Director position within 6 months-1 year of strong performance.

This is a full-time, direct hire position that is fully on-site in the office in Seattle, WA.

This position in a nutshell:

• The #1 most important part of this position is employee relations - we are looking for someone who has experience coaching and advising managers as well as working directly with employees to resolve employee relations issues
• In this role, you will assist with orientation, manage employee onboarding, and be responsible for annual training
• This is an exciting opportunity to gain additional HR experience and fast-track your career into an HR Director position within 6 months-1 year!
• You will also be responsible for organizing office parties and events - culture is very important!

Qualifications:

• Subject matter expertise in WA State HR guidelines
• SHRM Certification (preferred)
• Strong expertise in employee relations
• 3 years minimum of HR experience

Compensation: $90-110k base + annual discretionary bonus
