Job Description

Details:

  • Type: Direct Hire with benefits
  • Location: In-office for training then open to discussion after training
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay range: $80k-$100k depending on experience level + Bonus eligible (minimum $5k and maximum $7k; holiday bonus of $3k).


Job Duties:

  • Source, recruit, and support the selection and onboarding of employees.
  • Create and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze and leverage HR metrics and data to support HR KPIs and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain the integrity of employee records and other data within the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now).
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and support quarterly and year-end payroll processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage areas of HR including: employee relations issues, talent development and coaching, and progressive discipline.
  • Manage compensation evaluation and benefits programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or other relevant field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a high growth, multi-state organization
  • PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP certification a plus
  • Familiarity with salesforce processes required
  • 2+ years of prior payroll experience required
  • Experience in HRIS administration required – ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
  • Demonstrated competency in functional areas of HR, including employment law (federal and multi-state), employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR systems, and talent acquisition)
