About The Company
- Process employee data changes, new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers in Workday.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine Workday-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Assist in organizing and conducting benefits orientation sessions for new employees.
- Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and enrollment processes.
- Support the onboarding process by conducting new employee orientations and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute employment offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring accurate and timely reporting and documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes, including enrollment, eligibility, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS system, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR-related software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- The annual base compensation range for this role is between $70,000 and $75,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications
- You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
- Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
