Job Description

:

As a Talent Acquisition for our startup team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to help us grow and scale our business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

- Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent

- Conducting initial screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit

- Managing the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.

-Closely working with teams in the US, Ireland and mainland China.


Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for the startup industry and a desire to make an impact

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance requirements.

-Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work under pressure

-In order to work with teams in the US, Ireland and mainland China, candidates must be fluent both in English and Chinese
