Job Description
This position is a temporary position to be active through December 16, 2023.


Job Summary


Explains the employee benefits program to employees and assists with employee questions and complaints. Executes enrollment and changes in benefit elections. Administers FMLA and other Leave programs in accordance with Federal regulations as well as RSFH policy.


Minimum Qualifications


Education: Bachelor�s degree in any field; OR High School diploma/GED with at least 4 years of benefits administration experience.


Experience: At least 1-year experience in Human Resources, employee benefits or claims administration preferred. Customer service experience beneficial.


Licensure/Certification: N/A


Primary Source Verification (if applicable): N/A


Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Federal health and welfare regulations including, but not limited to ERISA, Section 125, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Competent computer skills to include proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as familiarity in working with an employee database system. Phone and listening skills. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Ability to focus with frequent interruptions.
