Job Description
Who We Are

Local company hiring for a Housekeeping Manager at a choice of some of Austin’s best hotels, including the JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott Downtown, The Otis Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, or other award-winning hotels. This hands-on leadership role oversees laundry and housekeeping operations, two of the largest departments in the hotel.


What You'll Do and What You'll Bring


What You'll Do
  • Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
  • Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
  • The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
  • Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction

What You'll Bring
  • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
  • Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
