Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
• Consistently deliver superior service, clean safe environment and exceptional food quality to guests.
• Maintain sales growth, cost management and profitability of restaurant.
• Create a positive family friendly work environment.
• Oversee training of new employees and facilitate development of current team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Food Safety/Serve Safe certification a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years restaurant manager experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends. 5 day work week. No late nights.
