Hospitality Team Jobs

As the first person that clients see when walking through the WORK doors, the Hospitality Team position is extremely important and valuable to the WORK business. We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for new client sales, greeting guests, providing information about the studio and its training services, and assisting with any customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for attending and participating in sales and training meetings
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer sales calls.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive environment
• Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Properly assist all new and prospective clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and membership purchases
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities
• Works closely with Training Staff to ensure that new clients are introduced and feel comfortable for their first class/week

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be energetic and eager to sell.

• Microsoft Office/Google Suite basic programs (word, excel)
• Critical thinking skills
• Functional computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
