An award-winning healthcare system located in Metropolitan Texas is actively seeking a Hospital Administrative Director Quality to join its team of professionals!
The Hospital Administrative Director Quality will work at a 530-bed full-service hospital has been awarded for its ongoing commitment to care excellence and offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is a regional leader in improving and enhancing the standards of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities Include
The Hospital Administrative Director Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve the quality of patient care and safety throughout the hospital.

• Develop and implement quality improvement plans
• Provide leadership and education to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze data related to patient outcomes and quality metrics
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address areas of improvement
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements Include

• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
• CPHQ preferred
• Previous hospital leadership experience
