Job Description of Hospital Coding Director The Hospital Coding Director is responsible for overseeing the coding operations of the hospital. This includes managing the coding staff, ensuring accuracy of coding, and developing and implementing coding policies and procedures. The Coding Director is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable coding regulations and standards. Job Skills Required

• Experience in coding auditing and/or coding compliance
